UK GDPR compliance doesn't have to be complicated. For most small businesses, it comes down to three things: a Privacy Policy, a Cookie Policy, and sensible data practices.
Since Brexit, the UK operates under "UK GDPR" — the retained version of the EU's General Data Protection Regulation, supplemented by the Data Protection Act 2018. The principles are largely the same as EU GDPR. The ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) is the UK regulator.
