T&Cs are standard terms that apply to all customers equally. They are typically published on your website and accepted when a customer places an order or signs up. They work well when you sell the same service to many customers on the same basis -- for example, a SaaS platform, an online course, or a subscription service. T&Cs are a take it or leave it contract. The customer accepts them as they are.
