Terms and Conditions. If you sell anything — products, services, software — you need T&Cs. They define the relationship with your customers, cap your liability, and comply with consumer protection law. For online businesses, they must comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
